Will you remove all taxes from my paychecks?

Yes, Samnia Inc is required to do so by law as you will be an employee, not an Independant Contractor. This information is submitted to Revenue Canada each year and you will be given a T4 (form) that allows you to include income earned through Samnia Inc. Employees from outside of Canada are responsible for their own taxes.

Will you send me all related documents and forms?

Yes, we will send all required forms via postal service or fax, depending on your request.
These must be signed and returned before your first paycheck will be issued.

Are there any fees associated with this typing job?

There are never any fees associated to our employment offer. The $1.00 (US) charge to your credit card during the verification process will be credited back immediately and is only used to verify your identity.

Will I be permitted to take "vacations" ?

We allow 5 weeks a year for vacations. You are also given two weeks off with pay at Christmas (December 15- Jan 3) and one week during the month of July (with pay) for vacation/holidays. If you require additional "time off", we simply need 14 days notice to cover your work.

Are medical benefits included?

Full medical benefits are included for those working on a full time basis. For those choosing part time hours, we will cover up to 75% of the coverage plan per month.

How are paychecks sent?

We issue company paychecks every two weeks via postal, or through your bank.

If I don't have a credit card, can I still verify my identity and proceed to apply?

If you do not have a credit card, we can not verify your identity at this time as our system is set up to use the simplicity of credit card validation.

How long until I hear whether I have been accepted?

The average response time for applicant selections is one week. This allows for us to charge $1.00 on your credit card (and then reverse it back), and gives time for you to send us the validation code verifying your identity.

If I am not accepted, what happens to my information?

Your information is never shared with any outside party, nor is it kept on our servers.
It is only used in conjunction with the verification process, and is never stored, shared or distributed. If you become an employee, the only information kept on file is your SIN, full name, address, email address and telephone number. Regardless whether you are or are not accepted, you will never be charged anything. Even the $1.00 US ($1.95 Canadian) we charge your credit during the verification process is returned to your account immediately following.
